3. Quotations & Pricing

All services are subject to technical feasibility, site conditions, and applicable regulations.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after confirmation and advance payment (if applicable).

  • Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the quotation/invoice.

  • Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery or installation.

5. Installation & Site Responsibility

The customer must provide:

  • Safe access to installation location

  • Required space for system setup

  • Structural suitability for rooftop systems

Vesat is not responsible for structural damages caused due to weak roof conditions not disclosed prior to installation.

6. Government Subsidy Disclaimer

  • Subsidy availability depends on current Government policies and eligibility criteria.

  • Vesat will assist in the application process but:

    • Approval is subject to government authorities

    • Subsidy release timelines are controlled by the respective departments

  • Vesat does not guarantee subsidy approval or disbursement dates.

7. Product Warranty

  • Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and components carry manufacturer warranties.

  • Vesat provides installation workmanship support as per agreed terms.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Misuse or negligence

    • Natural disasters

    • Unauthorized modifications

8. Maintenance & Performance

  • Solar systems require periodic cleaning and maintenance for optimal performance.

  • Energy generation may vary due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Seasonal changes

    • Shadow effects

    • System orientation

Vesat does not guarantee fixed unit generation output.

9. Project Timelines

  • Installation timelines depend on:

    • Material availability

    • Site readiness

    • Weather conditions

    • Approval processes

Any delays caused by external factors are not the responsibility of Vesat.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Any advance paid may be subject to deductions for:

    • Material procurement

    • Logistics or administrative costs

11. Limitation of Liability

Vesat shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of electricity generation due to weather or grid issues

  • Government policy changes affecting subsidies or net-metering

  • Delays caused by third-party approvals
